<p>As much as we love shoes there are some of us who have a hard time trying to decide what shoes look great on us. If you want the perfect shoes than there are a few steps that you have to follow.<span id="more-226"></span></p>
<h2>Important Shoe Shopping Tips</h2>
<p>Find one of the largest shoe stores in your area that you know will have a variety of different brands and styles. Browse around for a few minutes and look for something that will catch your eye.</p>

<p>If you are looking for fancy shoes than you need to consider how high of a heel you want. The higher the heel the fancier they will be. If you are tall than you may want to stick with the lower heels. Also consider whether or not you can walk in heels.</p>
<p>The price can be hard for us to look at &#8211; but for a great pair of shoes you have to be willing to pay. But before you do they need a trial run.</p>
<p>Try the shoes on till you have found them in your size. Walk around the store with them a couple of times. If after those couple of minutes your feet are starting to hurt than you should consider another pair. No shoe is worth the pain that your feet will be in.</p>
<p>The next thing you need to consider is what color you want them in. If you can afford it you can buy them in every color. Although we don’t think you should buy them in white because this will scuff and get dirty easily.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I am still trying to get in shape and drop a few pounds. I don’t have much more to lose &#8211; but I am working hard to get into those size 6 jeans. After eating salads for a week and drinking only water I got impatient and decided to try something new &#8211; diet pills. I had been given mixed reviews when it came to these types of pills.<span id="more-221"></span></p>
<p>Some said that they were bad and could mess up your system while others told me that they were both helpful and gave them a boost of energy. I have been wanting to write an article concerning certain kinds and now here way my chance to try them for myself and receive hands on experience.</p>
<p>The type of pill I bought was Green Tea Hoodia. The directions told me to take two pills a day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). Along with taking these pills I was required to eat healthy foods and exercise. So I ate salads and smaller meals for lunch and breakfast &#8211; but all still healthy.</p>

<p>The first day I took the pills I was very much awake even after I had a bad night’s sleep and it worked in the fact that it kept my appetite to a minimum. When the second day came I was not feeling so great. I was still energetic &#8211; but it seemed that the pills were burning off the food I ate way too fast. I tried to eat more food during my meals and even a few snacks that were meant to make you full longer &#8211; but nothing worked.</p>
<p>So I spent that night trying not to throw up because of the immense stomach and hunger pains I was having. By the third day the stomach pains turned into cramps and seemed to double. I was experience them throughout the whole day and no matter how much I ate they never went away.</p>
<p>That night I vowed not to take anymore to make sure that it was the pills and not something else. That same night I spent half my time running to the bathroom where my system seemed to clean itself of everything I ate that day. However, the next day I was feeling myself again and I have not had any problems since.</p>

<p>With that being said I do NOT recommend hoodia or green tea diet pills for anyone. Losing weight is a good goal to have &#8211; but losing it this way is not safe for you and therefore not worth it. I can only imagine the serious health problems I could have faced if I had used them any longer. Three days was enough to show me that I can lose weight a better way. I have to stay healthy for my daughter and my husband.</p>

- Hunger<br />
- Diarrhea<br />
- Cramps<br />
- Lack of sleep from all the other side effects</p>

<p>Choose the one that you love the most and place it on your face before you get into the bath. Remember to light all the candles, the incense, and to turn on the music before you get into the water. All of these things will help you to relax and to feel more at ease.</p>

<p>Obviously we know how to soak in a tub because it isn’t that difficult. However, many of us do not properly apply the face mask and therefore do not receive the total effects of it. First you need to pull your hair back so that none of it sticks to the mask.</p>
<p>Many of us feel that the mask should only be applied to the face (hence the name ‘face mask’) but this is a misconception. It is good to also apply it to the neck, shoulders, and even arms. These parts of our bodies are exposed more then our legs and therefore require the same amount of pampering.</p>

<p>Apply face masks using brush or strokes and avoid sensitive areas like the lips and under the eyes. If required, you can use a mask cream on the mouth and eyes to prevent the face mask from reaching them. Remember to never apply the face mask on cracks on the face. On applying the face mask, you have to leave it for 20 minutes for drying.</p>
<p>You are not supposed to laugh or make any type of facial movement so as not to disturb the mask. That is why we recommend that you wait in the bath and relax the whole time that it is drying. After drying, it is possible to remove the mask by rubbing it from the face and mask and then gently moistening with clean water. If you use a peel off mask, remember to rinse the face with lots of water.</p>

<p>Most likely your gym will have dozens of different classes &#8211; which makes finding the one for you a bit challenging. One exercise that is great for anyone who is looking to work hard and burn off those calories fast is spinning.</p>
<p>Spinning was created by “Johnny G” Goldberg &#8211; a world class cyclist &#8211; who used it as a more efficient way for him to train for his races. He along with John Baudhuin opened the very first spinning center in 1989 and created a program to certify other spinning instructors. So what is spinning?</p>

<p>Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is practiced on a specially designed stationary bike that is referred to as a spinning bike. You will pedal to motivating music and the instructor will talk to you and help you to visualize that you are pedaling outside. They will say things like, “You are now going up a long hill and you are not able to see the top yet.” This will give you the motivation to pedal faster when you need it and then slow down when you have “reached the top”. It also helps you to keep your mind and body focused.</p>
<p>Spinning may sound simple &#8211; but it is one of the hardest aerobic exercises that you can practice. You can burn up to 450 calories in only 45 minutes. It helps your heart to pump faster and works out your front thigh muscles and outer thigh muscles. Let’s admit it ladies these are the places that we would love to work out the most so this makes it an ideal exercise.</p>

<p>It is true that spinning does not always work out all of your leg muscles equally. This means that you will want to perform other cross training activities so that you do not develop muscle imbalances. Also as exciting as it is to be burning all those calories everyday health experts think that it is too much to spin everyday. If you overdue it you can injure your lower back, hips, and knees.</p>
<p>There are certain materials that you need to bring with you to the spinning class:</p>
<p>- Stiff soled shoe that has good ventilation<br />
- Use one towel to wipe away the sweat and one to drape over the handle bars. This will prevent your hands from slipping<br />
- You will need a water bottle to keep you hydrated</p>
