Exercise is great for the body and the soul. When you put in a good sweat at first you’ll feel tired, but as your body gets used to it you start to feel healthier. There is one area that I personally and I’m sure every woman focuses on and those are the abs.
In order to build those muscles you need to give you that sexy six-pack that woman love, you need to burn fat(which means that this is great for losing weight). So we need to get that metabolism to work.

What I like to do is do the ab work-out every other day from the cardio work-out. I prefer to take my Sundays off because I can relax the whole day and start fresh on Monday!
