When we look at the girls on the cover of magazines we ask ourselves what they did to get their hair to look so great. They always have the style and the shine that every one of us would kill for.
I don’t know about all women – but many of us color, blow-dry, straighten, and curl our hair. Over time this can cause serious damage like split ends and can make it look dull and flat. We have some excellent tips that are easy for you to use and they don’t require you to buy expensive products that may not even work.
1. Make It Silky
In order to get back your soft hair all you need are avocados. Mash up one avocado for short hair and two if you have long hair into a small bowl. Lather into hair starting from the roots and working your way down. Leave the avocado on your hair for 10 minutes and then rinse out thoroughly with warm water.
2. Bring Back The Shine
Shine is something that we all want (in moderation) and is not always something that we get. In order to keep your hair from looking dull and letting it shine naturally mix together two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of warm water. Pour this mix over clean wet hair. Leave on for 1 minute and then rinse out will cool water.
For making your hair soft, do you take the inside of the avacado, or do you take the green outside stuff?
What you do is you peel off the outside skin and take out the pit. You only use the inside of it. Mash it up real good because it can be kind of chunky and hard to smooth through the hair. However, it is a really good technique and one I would do again when I need it.
is avocado the only thing your supposed to use?
yes. for this remedy avacado is the only thing. just try not to use too much of it or it will make your hair a little too shiny!
