After I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl I knew that I wanted to lose the baby weight that I had gained over the past 9 months. This book is only for those who are looking to lose 20 pounds or less and who want to get into shape. In the book you will first learn that this is all about you and what other people think doesn’t matter. If you know you can lose the weight than you will. Nothing can or will hold you back.
Next she focuses on your body type and what kinds of foods are good or bad for you. She has laid out meal plans for each of the three different types of body shapes and exercises that will push you to your limit. The diet only lasts 30 days and you will be able to see results after only one week. The best part about it is that she encourages you to throw away your scale. Instead you will rely on how many inches you are dropping. After all when you build muscle and lose weight you will notice that you may gain a few pounds or stay at a stand still.
